Back in 2018, my girlfriend Vianca—who’s basically my boss in every way—took me to her family’s fro-yo shop in Jalisco. That’s where I had the best fro-yo made with real fruit. I promised her we’d start something similar if it was as amazing as we hoped. So in 2019, we kicked off with our first pop-up carts in Highland Park, serving fro-yo infused with fruit and Mexican-inspired flavors. Fast forward to 2024, and we’ve expanded to offer private event catering across California, from backyard parties to corporate events. We’ve grown from one cart to three and cater year-round.
